Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- After 24 hours, orders are locked in and cannot be canceled.
- This applies especially to made-to-order items, as production and sourcing begin promptly.

DK’s Game Emporium, LLC provides a 30-day limited warranty on consoles built or modified by us.
What Is Covered
Manufacturing defects
- Issues related to DK’s Game Emporium, LLC workmanship
- Functional failures not caused by misuse
What Is Not Covered
- Physical or cosmetic damage
- Liquid or water damage
- Improper use, neglect, or abuse
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Damage caused by modifications not performed by DK’s Game Emporium, LLC
Shipping for Warranty Service
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs to DK’s Game Emporium, LLC.
- Return shipping back to the customer is also the customer’s responsibility.
- Optional insured shipping may be requested by emailing dksgameemporium@gmail.com.
Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
