  • Any issues related to functionality are handled exclusively through the 30-day limited warranty, not through returns or refunds.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After 24 hours, orders are locked in and cannot be canceled.
  • This applies especially to made-to-order items, as production and sourcing begin promptly.

DK’s Game Emporium, LLC provides a 30-day limited warranty on consoles built or modified by us.

What Is Covered

Manufacturing defects

  • Issues related to DK’s Game Emporium, LLC workmanship
  • Functional failures not caused by misuse

What Is Not Covered

  • Physical or cosmetic damage
  • Liquid or water damage
  • Improper use, neglect, or abuse
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage caused by modifications not performed by DK’s Game Emporium, LLC

Shipping for Warranty Service

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to DK’s Game Emporium, LLC.
  • Return shipping back to the customer is also the customer’s responsibility.
  • Optional insured shipping may be requested by emailing dksgameemporium@gmail.com.

Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
