Custom Orders

By placing an order with DK’s Game Emporium, LLC, you agree to the following:

• All orders are final sale.
• Production timelines are approximately four to eight weeks.
• Work on custom orders begins once the customer contacts DK’s Game Emporium, LLC via Instagram or email to confirm order details.
• Once production has started, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Artwork Responsibility

• Any artwork, logos, or designs provided by the customer are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• The customer confirms they have the legal right to use any submitted artwork.
• DK’s Game Emporium, LLC assumes no liability for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property claims related to customer-provided designs.

Game Cartridge Repair Terms

• Service includes standard battery replacement and basic inspection only.
• Additional repairs may require approval and additional cost.
• Save data is not guaranteed and may be lost during battery replacement.
• Cartridges with severe damage may be deemed unrepairable.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

International Orders

• Customers are responsible for all customs fees, VAT, import taxes, and duties.
• These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.
• DK’s Game Emporium, LLC is not responsible for customs delays, refusals, or additional charges.

• International delivery confirmation provided by the carrier constitutes successful delivery for dispute and chargeback purposes.
