We kindly ask that you use UPS with signature confirmation required. Once shipped, please message us with your tracking number so we can monitor the delivery.
Once received, your cartridge will be inspected and repaired, then shipped back to you after the service is complete.
If any additional internal damage is found, we will contact you to discuss further repair options before proceeding. Please note that save data cannot be guaranteed, and in some cases, cartridges may be deemed unrepairable.
