Processing Time
DK’s Game Emporium, LLC operates primarily on a made-to-order basis. Most consoles are built, modified, or finished after an order is placed.
- Due to the level of customization involved, orders typically ship within 4 to 8 weeks from the date of purchase.
- In rare cases, a console may already be completed and ready to ship. When this occurs, orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days.
Processing times are estimates and may vary based on customization complexity, parts availability, or order volume. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping Methods
- Domestic and international shipping are available.
- Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.
- Once an order is fulfilled and transferred to the carrier, delivery timelines are controlled by the shipping provider.
Shipping Insurance
- Shipping insurance is optional.
- Insurance must be requested after checkout.
- To add shipping insurance, email dksgameemporium@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
- If shipping insurance is not purchased, DK’s Game Emporium, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.
